I was looking for any new information on Gas Monkey's gasifier, and I found a news link on the Denver Zoo website. I click on it, and to my horror, this is what I found. . .
Poor poor Gas Monkey. Gas Monkey's moment of glory and they dressed him up like a circus act. I would say this is not a brilliant decision on his boss' part. Tsk tsk. Here is the rest of the story (click the red smart ones). And here is a different one.
I would like to point out my extreme disgust with having to wear this outfit. I feel like this project that took me thousands of hours to create is mocked as entertainment more than reality. My boss (GP) really was proud of these outfits. They are now embroidered with "Team Gas Pro" with a zoo logo. I wanted to expand the what I considered a "joke" with a statement on the back that stated "Your trash gives us gas". Unfortunately I lost that battle. I thought it was clever though. Any thoughts on that?
